The Grazia Email Sign-Up Promotion - Terms and Conditions

  1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, who are registered to receive Grazia email communications.

  2. By entering this Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions

  3. This Promotion is arranged by Pringle of Scotland Ltd, (‘Pringle’), 2 Victoria Road, Hawick, Scotland, TD9 7AH

  4. To enter the Promotion, click the link on the Grazia email and register on the Pringle of Scotland Website to receive newsletters; read the official Terms and Conditions and then click the button to be entered to win a £2,000 voucher for Pringle’s Spring / Summer 2014 collection.

    All entrants must have a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. Pringle is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, or invalid entries. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible.

  5. The competition opens on Thursday 10th April 2014. The closing date and time is 11.59pm on Sunday 20th April 2014. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.

  6. Employees or agencies of Pringle of Scotland Limited ("Pringle", "We") its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Promotion may not enter the Promotion.

  7. The random Draw will be made on or before 22nd April 2014. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The first person drawn will win the £2,000 voucher to spend on Pringle’s Spring / Summer 2014 collections.

  8. The winner will be notified by Pringle by email on or before 24th April 2014.

    1. Winner(s) will receive a £2,000 voucher to spend on Pringle of Scotland Spring / Summer 2014 collections. The voucher is valid until the 31st May 2014, and is available against full price merchandise only.

    2. Prize is non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions.

    3. All expenses not specifically listed herein are the responsibility of winner.

    4. If unable to accept the prize, please advise Pringle as soon as possible as it may be possible to draw another winner.

    5. The tickets may not be sold on for cash.

  9. By entering the Promotion, you give Pringle the right to use your name and email address for the purpose of identifying you as the author of your entry and/or as a winner of the Promotion. Pringle may also contact you from time to time with news and offers. If you wish to unsubscribe, please send an email requesting the change to webstore@pringlescotland.com.   10. By entering the Promotion, you agree to take part in publicity for the event, including the taking of photographs or yourself and your guest.

  12. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Pringle for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

  13. Pringle accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting any prize. Pringle further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition.

  14. Pringle reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Pringle in all matters under its control is final and binding.

  15. Pringle shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.

  16. The Competition will be governed by English law.
